Jackie gained her diploma in craniosacral therapy from the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London (CCST). She is registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK (CSTA) and adheres to their codes of practice. She left her previous role as a research manager five years ago to focus on her cranial practice.
Jackie was drawn to learn craniosacral therapy after experiencing the benefits of it herself over several years. She has two young children of her own, and uses the odd cranio technique to help get them to sleep at night.
Jackie has followed a spiritual path for the last 17 years, working with Celtic and Native American traditions that teach of being in harmony within yourself, and with the world around you. She has practiced yoga for fifteen years, and tai chi before that. Through this training, Jackie has developed a sensitive awareness of the body and the role it plays in a person’s mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Her approach to healing work is holistic, and she loves working with the body’s own natural ability to heal and re-balance itself.
